UGC by Anh is operated by Anh Mian LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us about a project.

PROJECT INQUIRIES

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, brand or company name, email address, creator preference, intended usage, timeline, estimated budget, and the project details you choose to share. We use these details to respond, assess project fit, prepare a quote, and manage project conversations.

Squarespace processes the form submission, and a notification is delivered to hello@ugcbyanh.com through our Google business email. Relevant details may also be recorded in our internal Google Sheets lead and project trackers. These services help us store information and manage inquiries and client work.

EMAILS AND MARKETING

We currently use inquiry details for project-related communication. We do not currently send a newsletter or marketing email campaigns. Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

WEBSITE DATA AND COOKIES

Squarespace hosts this website and provides site analytics. It processes information such as your browser and device details, IP address, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with the site to operate and protect the website and help us understand traffic.

Cookies and similar technologies support website functionality, security, and analytics. HOW LONG WE KEEP INQUIRIES

We review unpaid inquiries after six months without an active conversation and remove information that is no longer useful. This is a review point, not an automatic deletion deadline. We keep useful leads and records needed for ongoing conversations, paid projects, and business recordkeeping.

To ask about your information or request access, a correction, or deletion, email hello@ugcbyanh.com. We’ll review your request, including whether records are still needed for an active project or business recordkeeping.
